How is lumber pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on species, grade, thickness, and current market conditions. We calculate the cost using board footage, though availability and specific cuts can also factor in.
Are there minimum order requirements?
No, we welcome projects of all sizes! Whether you need a single board for a weekend hobby project or a bulk order for a large commercial build, we are happy to help. (Note: Custom millwork or molding runs may have setup fees, just ask!)
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and business checks. For larger commercial accounts, net terms may be available upon approved application.
Do prices change after a quote is issued?
Because lumber is a commodity, market prices do fluctuate. However, when we issue a formal quote, we honor that pricing for a set period (typically 7 to 14 days). Please check your specific quote for the exact expiration date so you can lock in your price.
