FAQs

How is lumber pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on species, grade, thickness, and current market conditions. We calculate the cost using board footage, though availability and specific cuts can also factor in.
No, we welcome projects of all sizes! Whether you need a single board for a weekend hobby project or a bulk order for a large commercial build, we are happy to help. (Note: Custom millwork or molding runs may have setup fees, just ask!)
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and business checks. For larger commercial accounts, net terms may be available upon approved application.
Because lumber is a commodity, market prices do fluctuate. However, when we issue a formal quote, we honor that pricing for a set period (typically 7 to 14 days). Please check your specific quote for the exact expiration date so you can lock in your price.
Custom millwork and molding prices depend on several unique variables, including the specific wood species you choose, the complexity of the profile, machine setup time, and the total linear footage required. Because every run is tailored to your exact specifications, we provide custom quotes to ensure you get the most accurate and fair pricing possible. Reach out to us with your project details, and we will get a quote put together for you!
